RETURNS14-Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item. We’re happy to accept returns on any garment that complies with our return terms and conditions below (1 and 2). If your return does not meet our return criteria, it will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
1. The item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations, including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.
2. The item(s) must have all original labels and tags attached and not be tampered with.
In a rare case, should you receive a damaged item, you must notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order, or you will not qualify for a refund.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by us when sending an item back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and to ensure you have a tracking ID. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card. Returns for refunds are processed within 1-2 working days of us receiving the item. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more information regarding processing times, as we are unable to amend this.
Credit notes can only be used in our online store.
Please note that we cannot process returns that are lost. If customers use a tracked service, they are insured by the specific courier for the return to us. For any issues with a return in transit to us, please contact your courier.
We’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you, and you must conform to our return terms and conditions above.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for international orders.

We offer one exchange for every item.
Exchanges take around 2–3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by us when sending an item back. We do cover shipping the exchanged item to you.
Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock), and we'll send it back to you at no extra charge.
If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.
We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store.
We’re unable to accept returns beyond 14 days of your receipt, and anything sent to us after 14 days will be refused and returned to you.
CARRIERS TO RETURN
Use your local post office or chosen courier with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow up on your return. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost in transit; it is your responsibility to ensure your return is insured to cover any loss if necessary.
