Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc).
In a rare case, should you receive a damaged item. You must notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order or you will not qualify for a refund.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by us when sending an item back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and to ensure you have a tracking ID. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 1-2 working days of us receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via credit note.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

Please note we can not process returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by us when sending an item back. We do cover shipping the exchanged item to you however we do not cover customs fees.
Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge.
We offer 1 exchange for every item.
If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.
We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store.
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days will be returned to you.
CARRIERS TO RETURN
Use your local post office or chosen courier with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost in transit, it is your responsibility to ensure your return is insured to cover any loss if necessary.
