SHIPPING & RETURNS


DOMESTIC DELIVERY

All UK deliveries are mailed via ROYAL MAIL with signed postage. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no one is available to accept the package, the postman will leave a note card to call and schedule for a re-delivery or pick up service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or FEDEX and delivered within 3-5 business days. For the rest of the world 5-7 days. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions and/or customs delays, or any other exceptional context (eg - Coronavirus). International orders are shipped via signature required so please make sure someone is present to accept delivery or reschedule delivery for another date.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries along with any applicable custom/duty fees.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item is out of stock and still available to be purchased you can expect delivery in 10 days, this should automatically be shown on our product page after selecting colour/size. 

 

RETURN POLICY ONLINE

We accept returns or exchange on all merchandise (excluding sale items, discounted items or bespoke orders). International orders must be postmarked within fifteen (14) days of your receipt. Domestic orders must be returned by 14 days of receipt. Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.). Tags MUST be attached on ALL returns.

ALL ORDERS PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE ARE NON REFUNDABLE (including shipping promos), you may only exchange.

All orders MUST be returned in the same condition as received. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted back. Please be courteous and ship back the items neatly to avoid any damage to the clothing. Damaged items will not qualify for refunds. MUST include invoice inside, returns without any invoice or order number will not be refunded.

In a rare case, should you receive a damaged item. You MUST notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order or you will NOT qualify for a refund. 

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment less shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping fee and is encouraged to purchase insurance, we are NOT responsible for any lost package.
