We ship worldwide. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During holidays, please allow additional time. If you need your package by a certain date please contact us before ordering.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY - UK
All UK deliveries are mailed via Royal Mail with signed postage. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present at your delivery address to accept your delivery. If no one is available to accept the package, the postman will leave a note card to schedule for a re-delivery or pick up service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail and delivered within 5-7 business days. The rest of the world also 5-7 days. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions and/or customs delays, or any other exceptional context (eg - Coronavirus). International orders are shipped with a signed for service so please make sure someone is present to accept delivery or reschedule delivery for another date.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries along with any applicable custom/duty fees.

For international orders, please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. If you are based in the European Union, please be aware of the new customs charge before purchasing. If you refuse this charge, you will not be refunded the shipping cost or the customs charge when we receive the parcel back to us. You will also be responsible for the return of this parcel, please make sure you are aware of the new charges before purchasing.
Order before 4:00pm GMT Monday to Friday and your order will be dispatched the same day.
Note: Delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year etc).
