Our returns policy in store is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We do not permit refunds in store for items that are unwanted, you may however exchange for a replacement/different size.
If goods you have purchased are faulty you will have to provide proof that the item was faulty at the time of purchase to qualify for a refund. All items are thoroughly checked and photographed before being sold. All goods are marked as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, free from fault and priced fairly.
